Seed Money Applicants' Pack - 7th call for seed money project applications 14 February - 14 March 2005

The seventh call for seed money projects was closed on 14 March 2005.

You can download the Applicants' Pack here: Complete Seed Money Applicants Pack (without Programme) - click to download (0.9 MB). You can also download all documents separately below.

The Seed Money Applicant´s Pack intends to enable potential seed money projects to thoroughly prepare their seed money applications.

The BSR INTERREG III B Seed Money Application Form (zipped, 300 kB) is a Microsoft Excel file and consists of a application form datasheet plus one annex for detailed information about project partners. All information needed for a project application has to be presented in this single document. Please also download and fill in a Letter of intent for Seed Money projects. Additional annexes to the ones presented will not be considered in the assessment of the project.

All technical information that is needed for filling in the application form is presented in the Practical Guide for filling in the Seed Money BSR INTERREG III B Application Form. The Seed Money Project Manual provides an overall view of the background and objective of the seed money approach, but also the planning and management of a BSR INTERREG III B seed money project.

Please note that due to the advanced stage of the programme period some objectives are recognised by the programme bodies as fulfilled. Therefore, an additional guidance document, outlining the missing themes in each measure which may be given special priority in the 8th main call, was prepared. It is recommended to study this document carefully as projects focusing on themes other than those 'missing' may not be considered for approval (neither for Seed Money nor in main rounds), regardless their quality or potential. To download the guidance document please click here (zip file).

Specific terms used in the application form, the practical guide and the programme manual are defined in the BSR INTERREG III B glossary. The BSR INTERREG III B Programme Complement describes detailed the programme measures as well as the general guidelines of the Seed Money (see chapter 7.4. Seed Money). The BSR INTERREG III B Neighbourhood Programme document is also worth reading if you want to find out more about BSR INTERREG III B. Finally, the recommendations for future INTERREG III B Projects provide practical recommendations for those starting from scratch to build up a new partnership.
